Data Privacy

Declaration on the duty to inform (privacy policy)
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to me. I therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information I inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in the context of my website.

Contact with me

If you contact me using the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by me for twelve months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. I will not pass on this data without your consent.

Cookies

My website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.
I use cookies to make my website more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable me to recognise your browser on your next visit. If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of my website may be limited.

Liability for links

My website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content I have no influence. I can therefore accept no liability for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not recognisable at the time of linking. However, permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement. If I become aware of any legal infringements, I will remove such links immediately.

Your Rights

In principle, you have the rights to information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, cancellation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
