Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI, also known as psychoimmunology) is a young field of research that investigates the interactions between mental conditions, nervous and immune systems on an interdisciplinary basis and makes them useful for medicine and sports science.
Biohacking is about understanding and utilising the human body and the interaction of its networked systems in order to improve mental and physical performance. Many factors such as genetics, nutrition, sleep, exercise, the immune system and various environmental influences play a role here. All of these areas are interconnected. Together, we try to make the right adjustments to enable big changes with small adjustments.
