Maximising health and life span

Why do people in some places seem to age more slowly and turn 100 more often than anywhere else in the world? And what can we learn from the oldest people in the world so that we ourselves can one day celebrate our 100th birthday healthy and happy?

The key to many decades of healthy, unrestricted years of life is more than just the luck of being blessed with favourable genes. Physical activity, nutrition, sleep and mental health not only play a crucial role in reaching old age, but also in avoiding illness.

To ensure that everything in our cells is running optimally so that we can still finish a marathon at the age of 101 like Fauja Singh from India, we need to look at the person as a whole. In this way, we can recognise potential risk factors, find solutions that are fun and develop an individual lifestyle concept that increases the chance of turning 100 in the best possible physical and mental condition.

It would be my pleasure to support you preventively with the help of a holistic approach to minimise the chances of illness and limitation and maximise those for a long, happy and healthy life.
